The surface area of the Water domain is... admittedly quite bland. Yeah of course there is Flotsam Town and the Churnscar Wharf, but other than those and some wildlife and maybe some Maren, there really is not... much. But that can be a good thing. You can relax in this calmness.
But after wandering across the soft sand, you notice a Gaoler in the distance. She sits calmly on a rock that sits overthe ocean, old, broken wood at its base and dozens, of birds on her and the rocks. You approach slowly, carefully, not exactly expecting to be noticed.
But she does, even through the seagulls screaming all around her, who should've muffled any noise you make. And as you look into her eyes... they're arcane.

"And?" she nods at you, even as the plumed fiends sit on her horns comfortably. "Are you going to just stare? You lost, kid?"

And although she seems to be from the arcane, her accent is thick on the water flight. She must have grown up here. Or with the birds, according to her plumage.
You shake your head to her question, to which she tilts her head, birds falling off and jumping to safety.

"Then go, the birds dont like newbies."

Before you can reply, the birds do it for you, screeching loudly at you, a few taking flight and heading your direction. But when you look at her she simply shrugs and waves with her wing for you to quickly head out.

Fidel watches the stranger run off, understandably hurried as her friends get closer. She sighs as she makes herself comfortable again, her feathers and fur puffing up to insulate from the sea's breeze.
No one is wise enough to just leave her and her birds be.
Theres a reason she's all out on the areas of the domain where no one is going to bother to check on her.

Or her birds.
