Haven't watched the Anime, but I have come across random Fanart several times so I recognized her immediately through her color scheme :D You chose very well fitting ones, the outfit is also very well chosen.

I feel bad because she's the first one in your fandom tab but. Like. There's probably a reason for that. Look at her - she's gorgeous. Even though she has both the swirl and the animal necklace, she still manages to not look busy - even for a Spiral. Also I love this selection of colors, the pink and purple and green all together and pastel like. So cute. I have no idea what she's from, but I love it.
