Pre: A part of the family business of furniture-making. Especially close to her father and younger sister, they'd often work on projects together. Her mother was in charge of finances and talking to clients, and her older brother helped where he could - mainly with their mother, though he would also talk to affiliates and help prepare materials.

During: Just lost her family. Following the call to conscript gave her something to do after months of emptiness and no urge to do anything; it was surprisingly nice to turn off her brain and throw her all into training. Rising through the ranks was a given, as she had natural talent and an unusually strong affinity for magic, though her level of connection to the environment around her when wielding it would render her immobile, so she would often hide nearby the battle when using it.

Post: Hailed as a hero for slaying an enemy combatant who had easily been sweeping through their army. Is she happy with this? Well, she doesn't feel strongly about how she achieved her status, but she likes the sense of purpose as serving as the dragons' hero.
