Someone's little prodigy found himself in a right mess...

Rendaeg hatched into life as a dashing little skydancer, nearly the spitting image of his mother. Dilara latched onto him immediately, intent on raising him in her image - of beauty and power.

That would have been marvelous had the adventurous little creature not wound up digging into things he shouldn't have. It had been months since the rediscovery of Plaguebringer's first children... but magic abound, written into scrolls kept deep within the clan's library, fell into the paws of the oblivious child. A terrible and painful transformation left him the sole image of an Aberration... to his mother's horror.

Rendaeg was ill for months after the initial change, unable to properly adjust at first. When he finally pulled from his sickly state, he was left feeling very lost. His mind remained intact within the left head, while the right does not speak at all, only bites and growls.

Growing up he became accustomed to his new form and nowadays feels a lot more comfortable. He is largely ignored by his mother, but his father Ildvarok often keeps him company, and despite the typical silence, he is well aware of the love.

Lately he has found a fast friend in another magic-changed Aberration, Corifinn. The two of them take comfort in one another when there is no one else to relate to, and are also especially fond of causing playful trouble.
