Many of the old lords hold powers incomprehensible to mortal dragons; from control over entire seasons to literal manifestations of whole biomes and masses of lands. Almas held in their claws a power much less formidable, crowned the lord of unicorns. And while the old lords at the pantheon mocked and laughed at him, he pranced off with a dramatic flick of his tail. By being given the power over an entire species, one he could mold to his own whims, Almas was delighted. For formerly unicorns were nothing more than mere horses, but Almas himself bestowed the most elegant horses with a polished horn made from the purest of magic and iron. A horn that also gave the newly made unicorns the powers to control the elements of the sky. Though he gave his gift sparingly, in fear of his new children being persecuted for their beauty and new power. After graciously giving his gifts though, Almas disappeared, never to again bestow a horse with a horn for centuries; until a certain dragon came into the picture.

Almas has watched over his kin for centuries, lurking and peering through clouds he sits so highly above on. Yet, he has never seen a dragon raised by unicorns themselves, and Almas felt that he could at least give another unicorn horn away.

Peering down from his home in the heavens, a rainbow blur suddenly flew mere inches away from Almas. While one may question how did any dragon get into Almas' private abode, the lord of unicorns was more focused on one thing; the unicorn horn the rainbow blur wore.
