Horizon is a very commanding and serious dragon. It's easy to tell this even without knowing her due to her loud voice and no-nonsense tone. Even though Horizon might come off as a little abrasive, she doesn't mean any harm and just wants the best for those she cares about.

Horizon’s job at the Nautical Resort is to make sure the other staff members are working hard and not goofing off on their job. She's often seen yelling at her co-workers. Speaking of her co-workers, they all seem to either admire her or despise her, with no in-between. One reason some of them hate her is because Horizon has a tendency to wake up extremely early in the morning and then wake everyone else up as well. Others just think she's too bossy.
