She/They

A boisterous, friendly face who lives in the tallest reaches of the aerial city above the clan Tower. She almost never touches down, constantly winding among the kites, walkways, and hot hair balloon structures, It is her craft and role in the clan to maintain and build new aerborne structures. She focuses on the rope, bamboo, and structure of kites, WindChime, her signifigant other, focuses on the cloth and colors of the kites.

Her grandest project yet, is working with all the various craftsmen and builders of the clan to create an aerial greenhouse. A sort of hanging gardens, with rainwater collection, a small water feature, and lots of fragrant and native(to the Plateau) foliage.

With colors that echo the Windsinger himself, Breeze and WindChime, with their mysterious pasts and skill with kites and wind magic, many dragons of the clan whisper that they must be 'gifts' or an honor of some sort sent by the god himself to reward the clans long service. Paseri might know for sure, but if asked refuses to break the couples silence on their past.
