about.

deinosuchus' parents are multiheaded watchdogs, one step above animals. deinosuchus is not.

oh, compassion was so scarce in the boneyard. what could be eaten was eaten and what could be stolen was stolen. it was just the way of the land. they grew up nomadic, there, feeling hollow every time a caravan was torn apart of scraps. anything for the plaguebringer's favourate handcrafted son, their parents used to tell them.

was that the plaguebringer's creed? to kill? to maim? no. deinosuchus knows that not to be true. to survive. to live

so they leave.

a shoulder to lean on is a rare thing, in the lands of plague. but oh, how it's lovers crave one.

it is simple at first - it is almost impossible to survive alone. any good plague dragon knows that, and any smart visitor who came of their own volition. two stragglers will often pair up for then night, often in silence, and will part the next morning as strangers.

for deinosuchus, it was easy to get those strangers to open up. vent their woes, their angers; pour everything this cruel world had done to them onto the shoulder of a stranger, and then the next morning, part lighter than they were the day before.

and, well, wandering the boneyard is lonely work, but if they can make someone just that much more bolstered against the work, perhaps deinosuchus doesn't mind so much.

Exalting Deinosuchus to the service of the Plaguebringer will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
