Fae dragons aren't usually solitary creatures, but she has grown to develop a close kinship with her beehives, and they in turn see her as a caretaker; she no longer even needs magic around them, as they would never sting her, but she still wears a hood to keep them from crawling on her face.

The clan is glad to make use of her honey and the bees ensure that Beverly's garden as well as the native plants of the forest flourish. Although Selenay eats insects, naturally, she has never once eaten one of the bees from her hives and would be appalled at the suggestion.
