Rendall arrived at Caesonia's tower with no name, no prospects, and no skills. He had been told of its grandeur by a sailor one night in an Inn. With an adventuring spirit and a can-do attitude, he wound up here.

Rendall acclimated quickly to the Tower, but was dying to know more about the Archives. A huge library on the ground floor, the Archives were Caesonia's public library. Her private collections would sit in the Observatory for the keener eye. In the Archives, Rendall found a purpose. These books were sitting in piles, unorganized and unloved. Magazines lay open where their reader abandoned them. Rendall was not a strong reader, or even very strong at all. But he was a tremendous organizer. And his system for keeping track of each book and its place became his special project.

Rendall's system was so successful, Caesonia has implemented it in the Private library on the Observatory level as well. Some dragons have even taken to leaving books with Rendall, knowing the care he takes with things, hoping he'll keep them safe.
