Akilina is the formal leader of her clan, and constantly keeps herself busy making sure the lair is up and running. Like Cian, she's a familiar face to everybody under her care, but unlike him she's extremely introverted. Akilina struggles with small talk of any kind, and often flees when a conversation begins to get too personal.

Aki has a bad habit of running herself into exhaustion with her can-do attitude, which is where her familiar Jessie has become a surprising source of support. Whenever Akilina wears herself out, Jessie is often there to catch her and give her a ride, usually back to her den or to find their favorite snack of beetles. Seeing the pair traveling in this way has become a common sight in the lair.

Outside of her leadership position, Akilina has also been tasked with training any dragons interested in being exalted.
