The nature-wrapped beasts-jailers, with their webbing stuck to fur and vines crawling everywhere are excepted, they are a part of life in the Labyrinth, but most things in life aren't a Witch, like the ancient Gorge. She's seen everything in the Earth and in the Shadow, and it is all boring. Nothing excites her anymore, she's been around too long so she has retreaded into her internal world of shadow. She still commits wicked deeds, but with her eyes hollow and pale.

Teeth growing out from their brains, blood oozing from their eyes, shadow-covered limbs of children torn to pieces by their mothers whose faces were blank and whose eyes were empty pits. She had done all of this, and she felt nothing. No satisfaction, no triumph, no sense of power. Gorge is evil and she knows it, and she does not care.

Despite her morality and dark tendencies, she adores Mire for how kind she is. Its like a breath of fresh air.

Is suspicious of Phantom, hence her hiring of her as a jailer. Wants to keep an eye on her.
