Sand dunes upon sand dunes, as far as the eye could see, and nothing he could do would make it any different. Lazily feasting on the critters crawling under rocks and exhausted from the heat, it was only too understandable that he always had his head close to the ground. After all, nothing ever happened here.That was until the circles. Great circling silhouettes appearing on the hot sand, dancing shadows. Beans studied them for a moment - many moments - before he even thought to look up. Seeing other dragons, and so many! There in the sky, his restful wings burst from their folds and carried him into the air. Joining the mink clan for the first time, he did not know it yet, but he would one day pledge to stay with and protect them forever. ╚═════════════════╝ |

Beans [ so named for his distinctive eyes, which are big, round and shaped like... beans ], is a dedicated fighter. Rather than a weakness, his small size is a strength when dodging attacks and his strong flying ability allows him to be within scratching distance and out again in seconds. He takes his code of chivalry extremely seriously, vowing never to hurt any living thing without absolute justification. Many horse-like creatures from across Sornieth come to fight alongside Beans, since they can keep up with his quickness and agility.
His metal armour is heavy and hot, so he loves to cool off by burying himself in the sand of the emperor's wake. With a little bit of a competitive streak, although he won't admit it, such a calming habit is most comforting after a well-earned victory in a good-spirited race with his clanmates.
