A plume of sand and silt and bits of decaying things rises up around you as your back his the ocean floor. Perfectly still, without breath or the slightest shift of your limbs, you're alone. It's strangely peaceful, the solitude. But then you sense something moving nearby. Something huge and heavy. But you don't move. You can't move. You open your mouth to ask who's there but only a stream of bubbles is released. Only then do you feel the urge to inhale, but you're so far down. The heavy thing lifts, and in the perfect darkness you can't see anything, but in your heart you know it's here for you...
