He came to the Capital as a poet and musician, looking to be a scholar and was able to achieve just that. Once accepted into the Capital he drowned himself in books and studies. It was everything he could have ever hoped from with the rumors that had spread about the Capitals vast knowledge. He moved ranks from scholar to graduate rather quickly, even by the Capitals standards. By the whispers heard of him, he's going to move ranks up again to Doctor.

Since his arrival at the Capital, he has focused a lot more effort into his poetry and his ability to play music, having become a master of rhetoric as well as a master of near every instrument available to him. He has made many great works of art and literature but still claims he aims to achieve his magnum opus.



There's some speculation over how or why it happened, but when he stumbled through Ombra Ardens, U~otcha immediately took to him and grew attached. He wasn't sure what it was, he mostly kept to himself, his ink and his books so it seemed rather silly at the time. He had his final goal though. The visit through Ombra Ardens was just in passing to get to the Capital and though he still thinks about her regularly, he is too afraid to leave his new life of comforts to see her. He never has been much of a fighter...
He has learned quickly to not speak of the Silenced with his new colleagues, their profound disgust striking a cord with him but he has never been one for argument either.
