- Honestly one of your best options in the casino to make a deal with. He doesn't beat around the bush or try for a lot of loopholes in his work, hence why he's lower rank, but he sells something sought after by high-value targets so he's doing alright for himself.
- The curly-horned head is the dominant one, Casper, and the other is called Ghost. And lemme tell ya, Casper is anything but friendly- (hehehehehhehehe)
