Daearanor

A ripple passed through the clan. Something was wrong. With all the turmoil that Cataclysm had caused, something seeked to claim the places left by those who had fled. That something was Daearanor, the Shade King. No one knows exactly what he is, some whisper that he is an avatar of the Shadowbinder, watching over Loki to make sure he upholds his promise, others say that he is death incarnate, come to punish them for their sins. What ever he is, he has a intense presence, and as he walked onto the clan's grounds, not one dragon challenged him. Even mighty and wise Harbinger bowed his head, and announced Daearanor as Alpha, causing many of the clan to believe that Harbinger knows exactly what Dae is, and even made a deal with him.
Daearanor took an immediate liking to Cataclysm, and assigned the hunter as his second-in-command.

The air grows cold, all movements in the forest around you halt. Your breathing slows without warning, you can't move. The hairs on the back of your neck stand on end as a soft voice speaks from behind you.
"Ring, a ring, a roses. A pocket, full of posies. One. Two. Three. Four. We all, fall, down."
You can't turn around, you can't see who, or what, is talking. You aren't sure you want to. Your vision slowly turns dark, until you see no more, and collapse.
When you wake, you are out of the forest, and a sing-song line floats around your mind...
"If you go down to the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise..."
And carved on a log is a symbol, akin to the greek letter Pi, but with another, jagged line crossed diagonally through it. The symbol, of the Shade King.
