In the beginning... The young spiral female was never given a name in her home lair by her family and was frequently teased for her looks by other hatchlings. She never was an attractive looking hatchling, and quickly tired of all the teasing and started stealing bits of food and preparing to flee from home. When her plans were chanced to be discovered by her stash being found, she fled before anyone could stop her. Fleeing from the Seedscar of the Plaguelord's realm, she traveled long and far as quickly as she could, eventually encountering a Wildclaw fisherman named Bluesea while she was doing her job. She didn't approach her but did follow her home and snuck into the lair and stole some food, as she had not eaten in the last two days. Her last hunts had not gone well.

The young spiral managed to find herself a recently carved out but yet to be assigned cave for herself and managed to live in the protected area of Fire's lair for almost three days before she was discovered in the food storage vault when she went to get her own little stash refilled. One of the guardsmen had a report of food having gone missing and nobody from the clan was responsible. Another Wildclaw that the young spiral hadn't seen was hiding in the pile of plants, as it hid her green scales and armor. LittleClaw caught her when she started gathering the meats and insects that she had taken a taste to the most. LittleClaw quickly captured her and brought her before the Guard Commander, Cryptfury, who almost immediately seen something in her. "Leave her and leave us." He ordered LittleClaw, who left with a bow. "So... You're our little thief. Quite bold and quite skillful as you had to make it past my guardsmen." The large Coatl said in a soft but flat tone. "What is your name?" His tone shifted to curious and bemused as he walked slowly about her, his armor shifting as he walked. "... I have no name..." She hesitantly answered. "I see... Then we shall see that you earn one that would be suitable. ... Get some rest. Be here at first light and we'll see what you have to work with."
And thus, the WildClaw Guardsmen began training its first member's training that was not a wildclaw. Only Cryptfury himself was not a Wildclaw in the unit and he was the leader of them.
