Vokvi, the name given by many of the inhabitants of the Waste, where it watches. A dragon with sickly pale skin, shriveled to the bone. A mass of horns extend from a ragged and shaggy mane loosely hung over the bony and emaciated spine. Yet it's most distinct feature is the bleached skull fused to it's very face and the glowing red eyes. Eyes that are unblinking and unfaltering, always watching.
