Biography
(bio still wip)
Personality: Despite her position as Chief, Grier is a bubbly young woman with big personality. She’s full of energy, never still; she would rather be on the ground talking to her citizens than sitting on a throne, waiting for them to come to her. She may seem silly sometimes, but her grandfather taught her well. She has a head for economy, for governance, and she has a clear-eyed view of the greatness her city can achieve.
History: When Grier was hatched, her grandfather was the Chieftain of a very small clan in the Southern Icefield. Very early on, the clan grew into Driftwalker City–a bustling settlement full of Wardensreach refugees. Grier was now heir to a sizable industrialized city, which was quickly becoming a top destination in Ice.
Her grandfather the Chief died just before she came of age. She was now the child queen of a city that never seemed to stop growing. She had no parents–never had–and the only guidance she had was the council of elders, who were not happy with her. One of her first decrees was to make the council an elected office; she felt she was finally on an even playing field.
As a child, she had heard stories of the great Queen of Ends; she’d begged travellers for stories of Wardensreach. Maybe it was time to put all that knowledge to use.
