Diablerie

Diablerie was born into a wealthy family from the Zephyrr Steppes that found him as an abandoned egg during a trip to the Ashfall Wastes. He always got into trouble as a child, causing a ruckus to break the monotony of his peaceful life. Even as a child, Diablerie knew the serenity of the Zephyrr Steppes was not the life he was meant to lead. Although his parents loved him very much, they were constantly exhausted of their troublesome child's antics.

One fateful night, he snuck out into the night market while his parents were asleep, and what he saw changed his life forever; the young dragon was enraptured by a performance of an epic play by a troupe of wandering performers all the way from the Starfall Aisles. As the hero of the play fulfilled his destiny, Diablerie decided that his destiny was on a stage in the Starfall Aisles, acting out countless adventures to the delight of an audience. Although a bit confused by his sudden interest in scrolls, his parents eagerly supported his newfound interest-- especially since it kept him sated enough to only cause trouble every once in a while.

When he was old enough to leave his home to pursue his dreams, he bid his parents and his peaceful town goodbye-- and headed in the opposite direction of the Starfall Aisles. Despite his eagerness, Diablerie felt it was wrong to not pay a visit to his home flight before he left. And then when he spied Flotsam Town in the middle of the ocean, his curiosity got the better of him. And he just had to check out the amphitheater in the Tangled Woods!

On his way out of the Tangled Woods, Diablerie met Darling, a former assassin and present thief, when she tried to steal his formidable amount of treasure and jewelry. Feeling that their destinies were intertwined, he convinced her to accompany him on his travels by spinning tales about the beautiful Starfall Aisles. While traveling through Dragonhome, the two eventually fell in love.

Diablerie's dedication and passion in his performance draws in crowds on the streets of the Astrodome like moths to a flame. When his current gig is done, he returns to Crystalpine Reaches, where Darling patiently but eagerly waits for him in their shared living space.
