Of all her nest, Olonychtia is the most untethered. Olonychtia's father, Danny, is the big dreamer between her parents; it seems his ability to imagine was inherited by his daughter. In fact, Nychtia prefers it over nearly all other things. This is because, instead of dreaming, she dreamwalks. She is too young to realize it yet, but she is a Traveller, gifted to her by the special combination of her father's new, magic-steeped race and her mother's shapeshifting ability.
When Nychtia dreamt one night, she peeked into her mother's dreams and saw her parents' plans to send her sisters away. It was for their benefit, she knew, but it still stung. Of all the nest, though, Nychtia knew when to keep secrets, and she let it happen in its own time. Why her parents didn't sent her off as well, she doesn't know, but at least she gets to see her sisters on yearly visits... and sometimes she peeks in and sees how they're doing in their dreams. With her ability, Nychtia is rarely lonely.
