Biography
Amberfox wrote:
You open the second door with the frog and scroll to find yourself in a marsh that goes on as far as you can see in any direction. The only thing other than marsh grass, other plants and lots and lots of frogs, is a small boat sitting in a particularly wet spot. The boat has no motor or paddle. Instead on the boat’s side is engraved, Gift is part of your talent, and it shall take you wherever it pleases. You think of what you could possibly have to give. Then you remember the whole reason you chose that certain door. You had wanted for paper to write down your latest adventure in a strange world. You chose to tell the boat the story as it carried you along. Then it did a rather strange thing. At the most exciting parts of the story the boat would speed up and hover some and when it was a slow part it slowed down and plopped back into the water.
After what had seemed like very little time to you the boat stopped. The odd thing though is that your story was not yet finished. You looked and were surprised to note that there was a small hut in front of you and that many frogs were entering the door. You hopped out of the boat and thanked it before going to the door of the hut and knocking. You wait a bit and get no answer so you ty again. This time you hear scurrying and an old motherly appearing dragon step out. She has round glasses and has an aura of nature calm and presence. (That may help that she has antlers covered in vines and other greenery) She invites you into her hut. Several frogs try to follow but she pushes them back (have I mentioned the amount of frogs there are?). She invites you to sit at the table as she sets a pot of tea. She tells you that she’s been expecting you for some time and had heard that you may be welcome to a newcomer or two. She requests that you allow her to come with you to spend some time with other dragons. She brings all of her food stores to help feed your clan and a friend or two to help those who are lonely find a friend.
