There were a lot of contenders (as I'm sure you're aware), but this guy looks like the final boss. He isn't red and decked out with weapons like his goons-no, this guy looks cold and calculating. He looks like the figure you see when the dust settles and you're left with your doom. Super cool!

not only does he emit those evil vibes, but sort of reminds me of villains that don’t easily die. the type you think you’ve beaten, only to see them come back, even if they’re injured, which can be quite frightening. love the dress-up, looks simple yet has a rather interesting effect! alternatively, also reminds me of something like a character whose been corrupted or tainted by their own ego or power, and now seeks to reign supreme over everyone, or the “inferior”.
