A kind soul wonders around this world, some are foolish and forget what they are given, innocent young left to fight the cruel land around us, across the border of the city a Forrest awaits their arrival, Around the bend of the dirt road you will come upon the forest floor that lie's trees of the vast land, fallen in storms long forgotten. The seasons have been harsh, stripping away the bark and outer layers, yet rendering them all the more beautiful. They have the appearance of driftwood, twisting in patterns that remind Rudina of seaside waves; even the color of the moss is kelp-like. They are soft, damp, yet her paws come away dry. Before she knows it her pads have begun to walk, body and mind both on autopilot - it's morning-time and no-one expects her home until supper. She has yet to have any new arrives as it is late winter and no new young will be born until spring, therefore, she has time to prepare the land and her home for all the new pups that will be in her care, yet she is still caring for two pups from last year who have yet to find their path, therefore, she must go and hunt something for supper, yet she has so much time to spare in the morning rays of sunlight.
