welcome to our fine grounds - you'd be hard-pressed to find better!

the first thing you'll probably notice entering the inn is the light and rich scent of coffee beans. a smell like...the inside of a starbucks, but twice as good. it's not a coffee shop though, and the coffee she makes is bare-bones but surprisingly perfect. there are rumours she was once one of the few q graders in sornieth. part of these rumours are probably inspired by her dignified and no-nonsense aura the master of all coffee, even more concentrated than your normal morning brew. it takes time to master the perfect shot. was she always so steadfast? well, she used to be slightly less so, but ramped it up over the years as need be - a measured adjustment in which she determined just how bitter she ought to be, how bold she needed to be, and just how sweet she could afford to be. her inn and interpersonal life are ran smoothly as possible as the result! well-trained familiars (staff portraits to the left) handle things that espresso cannot from her position, particularly if she is dealing with business. going from top to bottom: aerborne ambassador is an attendant of sorts. pangolin racer, being nocturnal, quietly keeps an eye on things when espresso sleeps, ready to alert her should need be. longhorn capricat does tasks such as sweeping and carrying things from point a to point b |
