Biography

W.I.P.
unrises_your_flight_a.png

A young Ridgeback hatchling was brought into Akami's fold at just a few days old when the other dragons found him attempting to burrow into a cliffside on the outskirts of Dragonhome. Out of curiosity this pale hatchling followed Omen and Seriglass across the wastes for a while, and Omen eventually concluded he didn't have anywhere else to be, and brought him back to the lair.

He stayed for a while, scratching and digging around in the glassy crystal walls of the lair, rummaging through Akami's hoard, making himself a general nuisance. Akami nearly pitched the young drake into the sea at first. However, upon being confronted about the annoyance, he stood up for himself with a vigour that took Akami aback. With a renewed curiosity bordering on respect for him, Akami allowed him to stay as a permanent addition to the clan.

It wasn't long before he had grown big enough to square off with Akami herself, and his sturdy build and personality even at such a young age earned him the name of Monolith. Curious to see how he'd fare in battle, Seriglass offered to personally train the young drake. Monolith went into his first battle without any armour, having not earned himself any treasure yet, and although he was dragged out the other side severely injured and had to take downtime to recover, his spirit remained proud and undefeated.

He has grown into one of Akami's strongest champions now. Although his recklessness has left him with no shortage of gnarly scars and a blinded right eye, he still embraces any challenge the universe can throw at him with unbreakable determination. Nowadays, he trains other young conscripts the way Seriglass once trained him, and even offers his services to those outside of the clan, for a fee.

He's also started a family with a Guardian from another clan, and together they have a small clan of hatchlings of their own.
