Akami

Akami is the last member of a long forgotten bloodline, and claims to be the descendant of the old god Aakai. Centuries have passed since the great Shattering of the clans, and she's determined to take up the mantle of Matriarch and bring her people back to their former glory.

She has little care for socialising or recreation when there are so much more pressing matters to attend to, like finding champions among the scattered remains of the clans and establishing her rule over the new world. Such grim dedication clearly shows in her choice of attire, which she certainly takes no pleasure in picking and choosing. Apparently.

Despite being an Arcane dragon by nature, Akami grew up far from the nexus of magic that is the Crystalspine Reaches. Now that she's established a lair here, though, the constant coursing energies seem to be interfering with her body in a curious way. She finds her wings and scales developing unusual patterns and becoming darker in tone. Seriglass suspects this may have to do with Akami's ancient heritage...

Although companionship isn't something she considers necessary for herself, Akami recognises the necessity in finding one or more powerful drakes to sire the many children she will need in order to rebuild the numbers her original clan once boasted. The right champion needs only prove himself worthy. So far Monolith has given Akami her first three proud little warrior heirs. Although they're still quite young, all three already know the weight of the bloodline they carry and the expectations of their Matriarch.
