WinterGreen stumbled over her, when Icy was still a small little kitten, the poor thing got stuck when she tried to groom herself. It didn't went as well as the baby cat hoped and her tongue froze in her icy fur. WinterGreen happened to pass by and helped her with her Ice powers. Since then the now grown Cat followed her everywhere.

SOMEWHERE TO BELONG WinterGreen was born with colours full of life, looking more like she belongs to the Water or Nature flight. Living a harsh life in the Southern Icefields, she never was able to fully adapt to her surroundings and her parents barely let her out, fearing that she would get captured easily. Being a bit clumsy and not very fond of violence, she never really learned to protect herself, which is considered a huge weakness and burden by her Clan. One day, when her parents where out scavenging, the Clan Leader ordered the just grown Coatl to accompany him on a foraging tour. What she didn't knew, he was not willing to bear that burden any longer and they spent hours and hours of flying toward "a very good foraging spot". When they finally arrived, he allowed the terribly tired female, who wasn't used to flights that long, to rest a bit and eventually she fell asleep very fast. In the middle of the night, she woke up. Alone. She immediately knew what happened and the fear and sadness seemed to overwhelm her. Never would she be able to find the way back. And even if she did, she was pretty sure no one would be happy to see her. Pretty sure, that even her parents wouldn't look for her and be relieved to be free from sheltering her, she decided to find a new home. With that thought in her mind, she stood up, not allowing the bad worries coming back to her and started her search for a place to stay. The next days and weeks were pretty hard for her and she was close to starvation more than one time, but the determination stayed and only grew stronger. And so did her skills in fishing and surviving. She is still pretty sure, that one day she will find that place. |
