-Acts like she doesn't care about her garden (because she is conscious of being seen as the "Crazy plant lady") but absolutely talks to her plants when she is alone.
-Sounds standoffish and looks like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but that is just her RBF face and voice.

Rather off-tune singing is heard from the Gardens of Neptune’s Court, a clan of dragons that resides at the edge of the world. It’s no secret that the person who works the Gardens is something of a gruff personality. Well, that’s what most people think. Anyone who knows Chesser well enough knows that she’s not quite as mean or grumpy as her temperament lets on. She’s actually rather kind behind all the scowls and huffs. She’s just pretty shy and gets a little overwhelmed with too much attention.

Chesser attended her plants with a smile, prancing around her gardens, as best a 7 thousand kg obelisk dragon can. She’s in her happy place, tending to her babies. It’s pretty rare to see such a bright smile on her face but if one were to find her in such a vulnerable state in her garden, they're very likely to see it.

"My goodness, Arvin. You've grown so well! What a good little boy." She chuckled, large paws ever so gently touching the plant's leaves. She lifted them to check for pests to damage or any sign that her plant might be sick and hummed happily when she noticed nothing out of the ordinary. "Yes, yes. Growing very well." She added, moving to the next plant. She went on like this, inspecting each plant, watering them if she felt they needed it, and pruning dead or diseased sections.

"I know, I'm so sorry Aggie. But we have to get this off so you can start feeling well again, hm?" She told one particular flower. It had a bad case of some sort of rot and Chesser was constantly battling it. She might have to turn to magic before long if she hoped to save this one.

Just as she rounded the corner to the next row of plants, she spotted them. They were hard to miss if she was honest and that smug look on their face...

"Having fun, Chesser?" Lunarayn asked, an amused grin on her face.

"Can't you find a better place to lie down!" Chesser barked back, chest puffing up several sizes. She was embarrassed. How much of her... antics had Lunarayn heard?

"Why? Your gardens are beautiful and usually quiet." Lunarayn returned with a smirk.

"That's-" Chesser started, huffing again. "I don't know what you're talking about." She huffed.

"'My goodness Arvin...'" Lunarayn teased, finally getting up from her spot on the ground. She sat down where she'd been laying down, watching Chesser. Chesser's face tinged red with embarrassment.

"Get out!" She growled, starting to move toward the other dragon to try and usher her out the door. Which was... difficult to say the least but not impossible. "You'll poison all my plants!" She added, scowling.

"You know that I would never do that." Lunarayn chuckled, allowing the other dragon to do as she pleased. "Am I allowed to come back now that I know your secret, hm?" She asked with another smirk.

"No! Stay out!" Chesser cried out in return, desperation in her voice. She had to get Lunarayn out so she could finish tending to her plants in peace but somehow she knew that even if she got the other dragon out of her garden, she would stick around and listen to her more.

"Before I go, tell me more about how this is just a job to you, hm?" Lunarayn continued, having too much fun teasing her.

"Leave!" Chesser groaned.

The next day, loud banging could be heard from the clan's gardens. Chesser was hammering pieces of wood together in a fury. The hammer would rise and fall with a loud bang. The young obelisk huffed and moved once she was satisfied with how it came together and grabbed her paints. She began painting in broad strokes, grumbling and groaning all the while about intruders and unwanted pests in her garden. After all, this was just a gardener protecting her plants, her livelihood, and nothing more. She huffed again as she finished painting it.

A moment later, more hammering could be heard as she hammered the sign into the ground before turning to head back into her garden. Lunarayn only saw it the next day when she came to visit her new friend.

The word BANNED was painted in thick red letters and underneath was a rather crude but distinct drawing of Lunarayn. She let out a soft chuckle and entered the gardens anyway.
