His faithful companions, the school of white fish that encircle him, serve as his messengers and storytellers. They venture forth, weaving through the aquatic realms, eavesdropping on tales and observing the world above. They return to Tethys, bearing stories and vivid illustrations crafted from seaweed pigments, recounting their discoveries in intricate detail.

These tales and drawings are entrusted to another dragon, a guardian of knowledge named Lucius. Over the eons, Lucius has amassed a vast repository of wisdom, preserving the stories and knowledge gleaned from Tethys' emissaries. Each illustration and narrative becomes a part of the collective memory of dragonkind, safeguarded for future generations.

As a god-like figure in the eyes of many, Tethys continues his silent vigil. He yearns for the day when he can ascend from the depths, to breathe the air and experience the world firsthand. To encounter a compassionate soul willing to guide him through the complexities of existence, sparing him the solitude of eternal observation. Until that fateful moment arrives, Tethys remains a quiet guardian of the ocean's mysteries, a sentinel of the sea, everwatchful and ever-patient.
