Biography
When he was an egg, he was accidentally wrapped in special shellfish. The highly permeable mucus corrodes the young dragon's tender skin, leaving an indelible imprint on it and a fishy, intoxicating smell. This odor caused him to suffer from excessive interference from other dragons, in order to eliminate or hide the odor, he embarked on the unknown journey alone as a young adult.
Travelers from other worlds inhabit the natural realm and are keen to settle him. After listening to his story, with a mysterious smile, he called him the beautiful but unaware Aphrodite.
The traveler was enthusiastic, but he was forbidden to consume any shellfish until he was ten years of age. Although it is a pity, but from the elders of the magnanimity and majesty of the momentum of the still young dragon does not give rise to the heart of resistance. He did so honestly.
What he did not know was that the shellfish that had wrapped him was a kindred of some that the traveller had seen. The shellfish are ferocious erodes that expand their populations by slowly converting pearly eaters into their own species through the beauty and delicacy of their pearls. They once caused a storm of blood in one part of the world that the traveller had reached.
The shellfish of Sornieth have not yet evolved such a powerful ability. They use slime to transform weak individuals into their breeding grounds, which dissolve into foam after overbreeding. This mucus isn't enough to do much harm to the adults, but it still eats away at the delicate skin of the young and gives them a fishy, intoxicating smell, which often leads to conflict and even war. As a result, this shellfish was hunted down by many dragons in its heyday, and now there are few left in the world.
The unlucky Aphrodite was born with a kind of endearment, and a certain resonance frequency with the particular shellfish, so the particular shellfish targeted him and tried to transform him before he was formed. Obviously, it failed, but it still troubled Aphrodite. Since it had been infiltrated in mucus since childhood, the smell remained deeper in Aphrodite and could only be gradually eliminated by not ingesting any shellfish for ten years. It's also because of the shellfish's strong ability to assimilate, and Aphrodite's resonant frequencies, when he ingests any shellfish, it triggers the assimilation of the remaining genes, which keeps the smell going.
Legend has it that it was inspired by Matsuri Akino's Petshop of Horrors.
