Biography
A disturbing mercenary and the best assassin in the Neon Army, Méabh once worked directly under his father, Argantael - also an assassin employed by the army. Raised to be tough, heartless, but strategic and self-preserving, it was to be expected that Méabh would be the one to take his own father out and replace him on the top of the order chain.
Méabh gets his commands from the heads of the Army, Vase and Sliz, themselves. He is only tasked with hunting down and disposing enemies of the Army. These can range from active fighters opposed to the Army, protesters, political adversaries using their power to spread propaganda, and - if not the most importantly - NDRs, or Neon Deserters and Renegades. These runaways of the cause are considered to be the lowest dragons and blind to the army's purpose, and should be taken out before their "bad ideas" spreads. Méabh deals with all of his targets with chilling effectiveness.
He has never been seen without his mask. It is unknown where it came from. Even his mother, Saranophane, is unsure of its history, but suspects it was the last gift given by Argantael before he was slain. The mask has become his physical icon, striking fear in his victims mere moments before their demise. His voice, oily, light, and unhinged, and his armor clinks, are nicknamed The Bells and The Bells of Cull: as it's often the only warning sign to a target Méabh has been sent after them. Sadly, by then, it's sfar too late.
Unknown to Méabh, Argantael had always been wary of teaching his most prized son the craft of murder. He was a wise dragon with foresight, and knew his child would eventually become skilled enough to remove him. And by removing him, Méabh would now be exposed to the potential truth that one of the most elusive NDR's he'd have to eventually face is his own relative - an older sister named Sorana. But, the orders of the Coatl siblings demanded his son to become an assassin. And so, time will only tell when Méabh will have to face the choice: his job, or his blood-kin.
