Solarunikel

Solarunikel lives far from the clan proper, and is rarely at home; this no doubt is why she does not dress for the cold. She lives in the shifting expanse among the ridgebacks without clan allegiance, and as the clan does a great deal of business with its allies in the lightning flight, she is not so unheard in clan affairs as one might expect. However, as they live a substantial distance from the clan's one and only ridgeback dragon and ridgebacks are not abundant in the southern icefields themselves, most of the Clan of Many Things are wholly unaware that ridgebacks are prone to unexpected 'borrowing'. It has simply never affected Solarunikel's relationship with her clanmates.

The great extent to which the clan doesn't know anything about Solarunikel's actual life is however an occasional sticking point. Older clan correspondences refer to Solarunikel as male! She has kept them as proof.
