Needs: Metallic, Alloy, Veined Vader was found by the Skystrikers unconscious on their territory due to blood loss, at first the patrol that found him assumed that he was dead and were preparing to move the body in order to properly dispose of it when one of them felt his pulse, quickly the group took him back to the clan's den so that Frejya could attempt to nurse him back to health. The head medic expressed her opinion that it was unlikely that the imperial would survive, but agreed to attempt to heal him despite such concerns. After a few tense days, where Vader's life hung in the balance, he began to show improvement in his condition, he was finally awake and he was able to sit up without any dragon's help. Soon Vader was visited by the sergeant of the clan, Chief, she asked him a few questions about his name, where he was from, why he had been near the Skystriker's territory, and who had attacked him and why. The imperial refused to answer most of the questions except for his name and the last two, which he claimed while he was traveling in the Shifting expanse he was jumped by a group of Light dragons who attacked him til he escaped into their territory; Chief replied that the patrol had detected no scent of the Light flight in the vicinity of where they found him, but Vader told her that then her patrols were quite poor if they couldn't detect that. After a while of the two arguing Chief decided it would be best if Vader was held in their clan until he could tell the truth about his predicament. After many months, when Chief asked him once more about his story, Vader still stuck to his story finally the clan Sergeant reluctantly decided that Vader was free to go, even if she still didn't trust his story. The imperial decided that he was going to stay with the clan since he felt it clearly needed someone with more discipline to help with the clan, he quickly climbed up the ranks till he was at the cusp of becoming the third sergeant, that was when Chief, still doubting the intent of the imperial, decided to create a special rank called warden just for Vader; this rank was similar to sergeant in many respects, but unlike that rank warden only gave the dragon control over the prison sector and those employed in it and would not allow a dragon to succeed the commander when they died. Many dragons congratulated Vader for earning such a position, but he knew that it was made in order to keep him from becoming leader and leading it the way he felt was best. Angered, Vader stormed off without another word, the next morning he was easily taking a hold of the management of the prison and everything that came with it, though there was now a harsh edge to his orders. |
