Biography
One night I was bored and in need of a quick treasure so I hopped into the Auction House looking for cheap dragons to exalt. There I met Mizar, barely a week old. I was instantly fascinated. I gave her a name, a home, food and a friend, before training.
Mizar wasn't meant to fight. She suffered, but she endured through and through with fierce determination in her ice cold eyes. Then, her goal was met, and it was time to say goodbye. It broke my heart, but it was needed.
For the next few days things went as usual. I welcomed new hatchlings, and new friends. My lair space decreased, but still... it felt empty. Like something was missing. Then I caught myself thinking of Mizar, with her shiny midnight fur and innocent blue eyes, and how I'd have loved to see her grow, to see her children, and the children of her children. I looked at her page daily in wonder, but alas, she was gone.
I earned my treasure, and I welcomed new obelisks, one more lovely than the other, but it just wasn't the same. My Mizar was gone, and the space she left couldn't be fulfilled. Until I learnt I could get her back. I hesitated at first. Was she really worth it? What did she mean to me that no other did? I knew the answer to those questions, and paid the fee without looking back. My Mizar was worth more to me than any treasure or gem, more than the rarest dragon that ever existed. Because she was mine.
I love you Mizar. I'm sorry. I'm never letting you go again. Can you forgive me...?
