S U M M A R Y
phantasmagoria was powerful when she was hatched as she was a subject born later on, but she was glitched. she sucked power out of every appliance used to test her abilities, staining her wings a permanent pastel. as another effect of the electricity she absorbed, eye shapes were torn along her wings and healed unnaturally, patterning her plain wings. she can normally cause illusions though.

insomnia was surprised when she came across the power-sucking imperial, but only once did she notice phantasmagoria before the skydancer was thrown into the horrors' cell block. this was not the last time, though. phantasmagoria was deemed too dangerous and not long after thrown in with the horrors. she rose quickly in the hierarchy and is now second-in-command. sadly, there are still problems. one problem is named arachnophobia, who won't stop (can't stop) annoying phantasmagoria. she lets him live, though. he's amusing.
