Personality/Bio: Silica had a mate, a soldier, and an egg to hatch when the Plague dragons raided. Her mate kept her and their unborn child safe, but left with most of the warriors to chase after those who had devastated their home. He, like the rest, never returned. Silica was devastated and the absence of her mate left her adrift. She was used to following his lead, and with him gone she's crumbled emotionally. To distract herself from her grief she threw herself into her work, which was in high demand following the destruction. Silica is a skilled builder and made most of the lairs and other structures in Orchidia. She's become a workaholic, and has a hard time handling stress or emotions. She's very timid and is always second-guessing herself. She's never had much of a backbone since she's used to the males being the decision makers. Her youngling son is some-what out of her control and a great source of worry and anxiety for her.
