The Ruins have told of a pair of serpents who dwell deep beneath the open sea... Serpents whose eyes push and pull with the tides, who are always accompanied by small, finned heralds...

Sedore and Regalis, beasts of the open water. When they surface to bask in the rays of the Weaver's sun, too, do they open their maws to part wisdom to any drake who has managed to catch their coming...

Regalis, unlike his mate, can be seen among the air as well as the water, and is a more common sight. He lingers just under the surface, building his speed before shooting up out of the water, and flapping his bright, spotted wings to catch the air. He'll glide on the breeze only for a moment before diving back down into the waves.

His remoras are about as energetic as he is; they bounce about the surface of the water in attempt to mimic their large companion, though they cannot reach his heights. When Regalis lands from air into the water, his remoras hone in, swimming quickly to latch back onto his slick hide.

With such energy and love for the sun, Regalis is more commonly spotted, and, therefore, is more available to offer his wisdom. He seems to speak directly to the spirit, feeding the fire burning inside of every creature to reach what they seek.
