Copperclaw

-A bit dour, serious
-Copperclaw is not his real name.
-The Flare Clan's open ire for the Lightweaver drew Copperclaw to it. He was taken from his light clan and sold as exaltation material, and left quietly as soon as there was an opening. Technically he is a refugee, or a draft dodger of sorts; he has a distaste for the Lightweaver as a result.
-Maybe if they wanted to keep him, they should have had better security.
-An above-average unskilled fighter, but no match for a trained warrior.

-He believes strongly in the phrase "Never ask permission; only beg forgiveness."
-He tends to just join in with clan activities, or fix what he thinks is broken. He can get in trouble for it sometimes, but the punishments are never harsh enough to discourage him.
-Very clean and tidy person. Dislikes clutter.
-Speaks properly, rarely raises his voice. Well-mannered.

-Secretly misses his mother dearly, and wishes he could write to her. However, it would probably draw the attention of the exalt troops he was sold to; his freedom is fragile.
-Because no one knows this, the clan has no idea what to make of his complicated relationship with Indara.
They aren't sure if he has a secret crush on her, or if he admires her, or if he even likes her at all. He just tends to loom around her. He doesn't speak to her directly, he just tends to work with whatever she's become focused on. Indara is a bit of an oblivious person, and doesn't seem to notice that his presence is anything more than a coincidence

A lonesome scorchpaw tom. It only seems to like Copperclaw, and has scratched clan hatchlings who've tried to grab him. He's really good at catching insects for some reason, especially comically large ones. He killed a bonepriest once. Acts like a solitary warrior, a cowboy
