Selene

Selene is the leader of Soulkeepers. A dragon who looks as attractive as the moon itself, yet is as trustworthy and stable as a blackhole.

However, she is one of the most deceitful, outright unhinged beings you could possibly meet. Her name is founded on "disappearances" and deceit, in fact.

There formally were a few other leaders reigning with her. However, after a petty argument over respect towards souls, the other leaders simply vanished. No evidence or word as to why, but the majority of the Keep assumes it was Selene. They're probably right, right? Don't say it out loud though, or even question the subject outside of your head. Selene may not be everywhere at once, but there's no doubt she has alternative methods of watching everyone.

She purposely creates rumors and lies to watch the glory of the outcome. Seeing arguments cause feral catastrophe is merely what we were created for, or this is what she uses as reasoning. Don't make promises with her either, there's a very- well 100% chance she will not keep it and probably backstab you. Maybe metaphorically, maybe physically.

The only dragons who she watches her footsteps around is the leadership of the Sinful. She knows that keeping bounds with them keeps her power in the Soulkeepers.

Besides, if she stays out of their wings she can just continue to enjoy as many screaming treats as she'd like. It's not her fault that they grab her attention. If they would just shush and not create noise in her vicinity she'd let them live...
