Anomalous being taken form of a Coatl. Full of disease and plague, their bleached white feathers and scales shed off at any slight touch, leaving open wounds to fester into worse, deadlier infections. Thought to have a miasma of sickness following them, their disease is extremely transmissible and is always fatal.
Thought to be the incarnation of death itself, Boubon was found staggering around Quarantine Zone #128, perhaps originating from the cesspools of rot found there. Symptoms of infection are similar to that of viral hemorrhagic fever, and kills within days. There is no known cure.
