EverEven

These ladies were in for a shock, when they were merely trying to cross a bridge. There were some dragons that turned into a nostalgically noxious soup when they were slain, and then they were collected by a fierce and tiny Fae, who seemed to be leading some kind of sketchy gang.

Even more questionable, this fae decided she wanted to test their might. Satisfied with the result, she had her mages put wards of protection on them and was saying that there was a terrible danger at the end of the bridge. Well, they would see what they will see.

As it turned out, that fae was right, there was a terrible danger indeed. EverEven managed to survive the altercation against Momoka, the rogue mirror, although she wasn't really sure how. Although they are glad the fight is over, they are uncomfortable with the fact that clearly some of this sketchy gang actually knows this terrifying demon.

Incredibly impressed by Falconidae during the battle, EverEven made a group consensus that he would be their mate. Everything went great! He agreed, after all (EverEven is in a one sided Romance with Falconidae.)

They were surprised at how lively the journey to shadow by ferry was, and how reminiscent of home all the stench was. They were surprised to see that, although clearly the wards have been working up until now, it seems they have changed in appearance. Are they supposed to do that? Maybe they will ask the mages... if the ones who cast it in the first place are even still alive.
