Quite dramatic and eccentric as a hatchling, Limoncello became fascinated with arthropods the moment she saw a Redknee Tarantula. Having realized that most of the Rotmarrow Clan ate arthropods, she immediately decided that she wanted to farm them so she could be useful to the Clan while still engaging with her passion. She takes her job as an opportunity to study the creatures she farms, and produces pages upon pages of research each month.

Sharing a section of the Lair with her clutchmate Valentino, her relationship with him is somewhat strained. While she adores him as any sibling would and finds his murals beautiful, she views him as a freeloader and wishes he would channel his creativity into something that would help the Clan, like paintings to sell. She knows better than to tell him any of that, but the disappointment from her every time he goes back to the Lair early is nearly palpable.

While outgoing and excitable as a hatchling, Limoncello mellowed out as she aged and is rather quiet as an adult, speaking infrequently and only in soft tones. She sometimes tries to introduce hatchlings to arthropod-rearing, but hasn't been successful yet (probably because she doesn't start with cute things like Shale Skitters and skips right to Stinglashes). She keeps many of the larger or more beautiful specimens as pets, much to Valentino's horror. She hopes to someday find a mate who shares her interest in entomology.
