Zwei entered the meeting chamber. There was a small group of dragons in front of him, just as Swan said. And yet, one dragon stood out: a periwinkle Skydancer adorned in gold chains and wires. He wore a coat that seemed too big for him, with a goofy smile to match. Zwei knew this rumored dragon, alright...
He had always been on the run. As young as he could remember, the Shadow deity destroyed his entire village because he came from there. It was a shocking and traumatic experience, especially since it was abnormal for any deity to kill those of their own element. He once had his own name. But after starting his run, he called him Aquarius to hide.
The Shadowbinder wanted him captured for his minor reality bending abilities, which possibly rivaled the deities'. Even if it took killing an entire village. With his powers, he could make 'wishes', although not to a great extent. He could create his own hatchlings and yet not grant another dragon deity-like abilities. He could turn someone's lunch into a hundred maggots but not bring up the undead.
Aquarius was only a prankster; and each spell tired him out the greater it was, as if he just flew a thousand miles. Pretty much why he is often seen resting and lounging around, waiting for energy to come back.

He mainly roamed the Sunbeam Ruins, until he saved a random dragon from Luminax's fury: Fire. Today, he is apart of the clan's Founders and is under their protection. All was well until everyone found out he had hatchlings... With the Shadowbinder's former scout who was supposed to find and kill him.
