There was intense power to be gained from a pairing like their parents. One, a granddaughter of Naomi, born on the same day as her mother and grandmother, and one Talos himself, the only son of gods long struck down. If this was an intended meeting then certainly there would be more celebration to it. Instead, it had been a meet-cute. Talos had accidentally fallen into Fidel’s little pocket dimension and nearly drowned in her swamp. The woman saved him from said swamp and the less than comforting embrace of decaying selves, and assured him that certainly she didn’t mean Ill. She just wanted to be left alone, most of the time. In those rare moments, someone would always fall into her realm and this time, it was Talos’ turn. Maybe, Talos fell just that little bit in love. If you asked Fidel how she felt, she’d promptly leave the room. Odds are likely it was mutual, as as soon as Talos left again, he did so with two eggs, both glimmering with their limestone surfaces. One rested in the warm, shaking arms of its mother. Ready to set out into the world, the children could become just about anything. They have a magical well at their disposal that could rival the greatest wizards and it is plain to see that their mother’s chaotic time magic has been passed on to them. The lair Tepecoatl resided in crumpled. Raiders from the Scarred Wastelands did what they were good at, laying waste to the unusually passive flight of dragons. He could have used his powers. He should have. But he'd been happy and hadn't needed a reason to test his mother's legacy. Now he and a few others from his flight were on the run. He could only hope that the next place to take them in treated them as kindly. Or he would wreak havoc on the world...
