Starres works alone in the underbelly of Sornieth; a serial killer featured on every flight's Most Wanted list. He works alone, for the most part, but utilizes his higher-up position in the crime world to pull strings and shift the balance in his favour often. Fear is tied to his name - whether you are a criminal, a guard, or civilian. Starres has eluded capture for as long as he has been killing, and will do anything needed to remain on that side of the bars.

His paternal grandparents being estranged royalty and his maternal grandfather a ruthless killer, Starres was born to violence and blood. Not only that, but he was raised among crime lords, mobs, and just about any unsavoury dragon who could ever exist.

Starres is heartless, cold, and manipulative to the core. He'll get what he wants by any means possible. And what he wants is usually some good old-fashioned fatality - as bloody and messy as possible.
