Biography

FIREFORGED
The Hottest New Tech

Role: Tank
Pronouns: it/its
Bio: A bot forged of iron and steel, built to withstand temperatures in excess of 3,000 degrees. Even if it melts, as soon as it cools off (with special vents that release heat as steam) Fireforged can reform, absorbing whatever useful materials were around itself in the process. Dr. Light's original intent for this bot was for it to work alongside the Fire Flight's best metalworkers. It can serve as its own forge, in a pinch, with an inner chamber that can hold a fire with no damage to other parts of the bot's inner workings. It would also be able to walk right into active volcanoes to help mine for rock or collect deposits.

Now that Fireforged is part of Wiley's army, he's found new uses for it, as well. A bot built to withstand such extremes is nigh on indestructible, and what it lacks in speed it makes up for in sheer raw power. He sends it in when he needs a tank, something that can take a lot of hits and keep going anyway. It does have some weaknesses, of course--if it gets too cold, it gets very stiff and even slower than normal. But Dr. Wiley can account for that. He usually sends Fireforged in right after he's blown something up, while everything is still on fire. It does a great job taking care of any survivors trying to sneak out in the chaos, and can often recover rebel plans before they go entirely up in flames.
