flutter, flutter, scurry and scutter.

the hivemind has found. a willing host. it coexists. mutualism. it's provided shelter. food. light. and the host. observes. studies. makes happy noises. when it mind-melds. wings, big and small. flutter.



myrier is a scientist who studies insects. the hive is an eclipse of moths with some level of sentience. the hive is able to "mind-meld" with myrier. the process is non-invasive. myrier is just mildly possessed constantly surrounded by moths. it's mutually beneficial, as myrier gets to study the hive, and the hive gets food, shelter, etc.

myrier and the hive as a whole uses it/its pronouns. when it's just myrier, he uses he/him pronouns. please default to it/its.
