Daphne

This sweetheart was the first female coatl to join the clan. She's shyer than the average coatl, with a dreamy personality and bashful expression. Her closest friends are fellow coatl Dandelion and Starstrike, as well as the clan leader's children.

Now that she's aged to adulthood, Daphne has gained self-confidence and hopes to have hatchlings of her own one day. But so far the poor girl has been unlucky in love: she had an eye on Starstrike as a potential mate, but he recently went into hibernation. She also thought the clan's newer coatl male was cute, but he seems more interested in someone else.

But she's determined: if she can't find the perfect mate for herself, she'll help the other dragons in the clan find theirs. Her new official title is Clan Matchmaker and she's already got a few ideas for her lovelorn clanmates. With so many new dragons joining the clan, she's had her hands full with her new job. She may still find her perfect match, however. In the last few days, she's been spending a lot of time with Vaille. He seems interested, but is she? Time will tell.

When she's not matchmaking, Daphne enjoys spending time in nature.
